The organization prepares men and women for the workforce with job training, counseling and even transportation assistance to ensure success of clients.
With its not-for-profit status, Damascus works at lower rates than typical staffing agencies and works with companies on the vetting process, if a company is uncomfortable with certain backgrounds.
